Do the prices shown on the page include taxes?
Yes, taxes included.
How can I pay?
You can pay for your booking by bank transfer, through the website or in cash. You will also be asked for a credit card for the guarantee or deposit.
Where do I check in?
You will be given your set of keys at the reception desk of Hotel Abad Toledo itself, which is located next to the apartments. Any questions or problems you may have will also be resolved there.
Where do I check out?
Like check-in, this will be done at the hotel reception desk.
Where can I park?
Since the apartments are located in privileged spots right in the city's historic quarter, parking is limited; even so, we will tell you where you can park. We have arranged spaces in a public car park 250 metres from the hotel. We recommend booking a parking space as spaces are limited. If you wish to drive through the historic city centre, please bear in mind that the streets are often narrow, so driving large cars is not advisable.
Is Toledo well connected?
Toledo has excellent connections with Madrid and the rest of Spain. There is a high-speed AVE train service, with high frequency and low cost (€8 per journey/person), which takes 25 minutes between Madrid and Toledo. There is also a national road and a toll motorway, which allows you to get there quickly (approx. 40 minutes) and safely.
How long does it take from the airport?
Bearing in mind that the airport is in Madrid, it is not possible to estimate an exact time, as it depends on traffic in Madrid at any given moment. However, we could say that with normal traffic, it could take between 1 hour and 1 hour and a half to get there.

How do I get into the apartment if I arrive late?
There is always someone who will attend to you kindly 24 hours a day at the hotel reception.
Does the apartment have sheets and towels?
Yes, each apartment comes with full bed linen, towels and welcome products, previously included in the price.
Is there a cleaning service?
When you arrive at the apartment, it will be handed over to you clean and in perfect working order; when you leave, the cleaning service will take care of the rest. Linen will be changed every 3 days. If for any reason you require additional cleaning service, one can be provided for a charge of €10 per hour.
Do I have to pay expenses such as electricity and water?
No, expenses such as electricity, water or gas are included in the price. In any case, Hotel Abad Toledo reserves the right to charge for them in the event of irresponsible conduct or misuse of such service, if consumption were to exceed the normal level.
What equipment do the apartments have?
Each apartment has a number of items you may need during your stay, such as bed linen, towels, cutlery, crockery, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, salt or sugar. It also has a TV and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. You can check the equipment of each apartment on the descriptive page of each one.
